All about the Bhutan Heritage Tour.

we also keep the monks for the rituals and blessing, we also take the group pictures of the monks or nuns, we will also arrange the special butter lamp lighting up session with guest in the shrines.

we will also keep the short session of the question and answering in the monastery along with the nuns or monks. The guide will have the exceptionally great knowledge about the Buddhism.

Entirely at the end of the last day of the tour, all the group will the holy prayer flags on the mountain, on the way to the holy tiger’s nest temple for making our trip so memorable.

  1. Day 01 After your arrival

    Our team will warmly welcome you from the airport and the start your drive to Thimphu. On the way we will walk up to the Old tamchoe Lhakhang, crossing the old iron suspension bridge from 15th century. After making the wishes and prayers for the better weather and peaceful tours, we will than continue our drive to the counfluence of the river.

    Reaching Thimphu we will check in to our hotel and get refreshed. afternoon we will visit the Tashichoe Dzong, the administration head of the whole twenty district of Bhutan.

    In the evening we will stroll on our own in the city.

  2. Day 2 Thimphu sightseeing

    After our leisurely breakfast we will start our Thimphu city sighteeing. Memorial chorten, which is built in 1974 is a place where you can see the ethinic group of folks circumambuting and chanting the paryers. This the time when we can interect with the locals and learn some buddhist chanting from the locals, getting some portrait pictures of them. we will also try to capture some video of the spinning prayer wheels and counting prayer beads.

    We will drive up to the Buddha point the to see the biggest buddha statue, which is located at the hill top of kuenselphodrang nature park overlooking the whole Thimphu valley, surrounded by the alpine forest. we will also erect the holy praryer falg and meditate here.

    We will also drive to Changangkha Lhakhang, the twelve century temple, where you can see lot of locals with their young born kids for naming ceremony and blessing from the powerful local deity.

    Lunch at the city

    Afternoon, we have Takins preserved area to visit, to see the unique national animal of Bhutan.

  3. Day 3 Thimphu to Punakha

    After our breakfast we will start our day to Punakha via Dochula Pass which has the height of 3150 meters aboove the sea level. Dochula pass has the most breathtaking pictures of the day, with the himalayas panaromic view in the background.

    After lunch, we will go for the short hike to the temple of fertility from 15th century. Here we will learn about the divine mad man, the historical and famous saint who have subdued the demons and demoness from the areas

    Later in the eveing we will also visit the most impressive Punakha Dzong, located in middle of the two river. Unlike other dzong, this dzong has the detail caring and intrecate wooden painting around the wall and window.

  4. Day 4 Punakha to Paro

    After our breakfast we will retrace our journey back to Paro via dochula pass. We will stop at Paro town for the Lunch.

    Afternoon we will visit the national museum which houses the antique art and artifacts of Bhutan. we will also visit the most interesting Paro Dzong, we will try to arrange the monks for the pictures here, if possible.

    Late eveing we will stroll around the Paro town.

  5. Day 5 Paro Tiger's nest Temple

    After our early breakfast, we will start our hike to Tiger’s Nest temple. This is one of the most to visit and hike Buddhist holy site for all the visitors around the whole world. The hike to Tiger’s nest temple is the big achievement for the visitor.

  6. Day 6 Paro to Airport

    In the morning our team will bid you farewell at the airport.
